Belatrix´s History: Since 1993 Belatrix Software Factory (BSF) has been a leading ITO vendor providing near-shore and offshore outsourcing services from our Development Centers in Mendoza, Argentina and Donghai, China. From 2001 up to the present, our sole focus has been on IT offshore outsourcing with 100% of our revenue being generated outside of Argentina and China.
